At KraftMaid, we understand that some unfortunate accidents may occur to your cabinetry throughout the lifespan of ownership. In some circumstances, you may need to order replacement products such as doors, hinges, glides and other hardware.
Rest assured, all previously installed KraftMaid items can be reordered from the same authorized KraftMaid dealer where you purchased your cabinetry. You can also order items by contacting our online Customer Care Department or giving us a call at 1-888-562-7744.
When ordering your replacement products, please be prepared to supply the following information:
• Name and location of your authorized KraftMaid dealer
• Your shipping address
• Your KraftMaid invoice number, or your product ID number - located on the left door of your sink-base cabinet
Additionally, your product may be covered by our KraftMaid Limited Lifetime Warranty. To exercise your warranty, please completely review the copy that was given to you during installation, and contact the authorized KraftMaid dealer where you purchased the product.
