Bifold Hinges

I sent an email yesterday - I need to return this and get the correct product. Can you help me.

I didn't want to buy this product. I was upset that the first set of hinges broke (along with other Kraftmaid hinges and cabinet splitting). I reached out to Kraftmaid support and received zero responses. I still haven't received a response.

I tried to go to Lowes and our local hardware stores to buy replacement hinges. These are non-standard so I was unable to purchase a replacement part without buying from Kraftmaid. The price of similar hinges was 3X lower than what I had to pay for these.

I held out because I didn't want to spend money with a company that didn't stand behind their product. Alas, my hands were tied. I either had to buy these or replace the whole set of cabinets.

I'm hoping these hinges are of better quality and last longer. For now, this rating is based on the first set of hinges and experience of having to replace them.

I won't purchase Kraftmaid again. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family. I look forward to replacing them in the future.

This is to replace existing hinge that broke. Unfortunately the photo did not show detail necessary to see it would not work.

After year's of wear and tear, the hinges gave out. I bought these and couldn't be happier. I recommend this product. Thanks!

Replacement hinges worked perfectly!

I needed a replacement for a 23 year old cabinet hinge. The representative who helped me immediately provided the correct part number and said it was slightly different from the original. I ordered and paid for it and it arrived soon. Top notch service.
