For California Consumers:
The knife section installed nicely. The brackets holding the cutting board were missing. Two emails to Kraftmaid did not resolve the problem. The second email was not answered. A call to Kraftmaid was made and I am now awaiting the missing part. The telephone representative was polite and helpful. It has been four weeks since my order. Customer service has been lacking.
