After having a whisper running in my home for over 10 years, installed by the previous home owner, we had broken ours by slamming it too hard one day. After speaking on the phone to sales rep, I was able to easily find the replacement part on this website (there is only 1!). Replacing the old part require removing only one screw, placing in the new runner, and screwing that same screw back in! So easy. Less than 5 minutes. I'm thoroughly impressed that the company has committed to providing the same piece of hardware for more than a decade. If we hadn't been able to find the same replacement from the manufacturer, we would have been in trouble!
We love the quiet close and are huge fans of the whisper runner.
These were purchased because my 17 year old runners were rubbing and an upgrade of some sort was imminent. Incredibly easy to install. Since this was a retrofit, we needed to purchase the drawer clips also.
