damaged in shipping

Product arrived with the box torn and crushed. The product inside was broken into all its individual pieces. the lack of packaging was the issue for the product to serving shipping. Customer services was excellent though and have another unit shipping out no questions asked. It also did not arrive with any mounting hardware or instructions for install. To the hardware store i go to get hardware. Hope the second unit arrives in better condition.

Good product with no instructions

This is a valuable addition to my kitchen. However it came with no instructions or mounting hardware, and during installation we did manage to break it and have to reassemble it, hopefully now it is sturdier than before. Would have been much better to have arrived with screws for mounting the runners to the cabinet, as well as instructions - would have saved me quite a bit of time. The drawer works as expected, once installed.

I am actually using this pull out as a Tupperware storage instead of pots and pans. The concept is great and I can’t wait to start using it, however, I ordered it for a 30” cabinet and it came in measuring for a 26” cabinet. If the sizing had been correct, I would have rated higer.

Very shoddy packaging for this type of item. A thin flimsy box with non-existent crush strength. No interior wall supports inside shipping container except 4 small foam tri-shaped corner protectors

I love this. My pots and pans were always cluttered into a cabinet. I would have to pull out everything just to find one pot. This has plenty of space for larger pots and all the lids. By far my favorite purchase.
