Shipping and Delivery
KraftMaid can only ship online orders to valid street addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Standard Shipping - Ground
Shipping time for orders placed through kraftmaid.com is approximately 10-12 business days. Standard shipping is included in the cost of all online samples.
Standard shipping for all other online products is $10 flat rate within the U.S. and $20 flat rate shipping to Canada.
If you have any questions regarding your purchase from kraftmaid.com, please call us at 1-888-562-7744. Once your order has been processed for shipment it can no longer be cancelled; it will need to be returned. Upon receipt of your package you can initiate your return by contacting Customer Care and following the steps outlined below.
This Return Policy applies only to items ordered directly from KraftMaid Cabinetry via kraftmaid.com. Items ordered through KraftMaid retailers cannot be returned to or refunded by KraftMaid Cabinetry.
You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by contacting Customer Care at 1-888-562-7744.
No returns are accepted for finish chips or door samples. Aerosols and quarts of stain and paint are also not eligible for returns, all sales are final.
You may return other items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Product must be shipped back or postmarked prior to the expiration of the 30-day window. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets this condition. KraftMaid can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Touch-up paint kits, fill sticks and pens are not eligible for returns, all sales on these items are final.
Credit cannot be issued without the following information:

- Incorrect Item Received
- Arrived Damaged/Defective
Packaging Your Return
Please fill out the return information and your packing slip with your return.
Guidelines for Proper Packaging:
- Wrap items separately and securely
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Use a rigid carton
- Apply strong tape designed for shipping (do not use string)
- Attach a single address label with a clear and complete delivery and return address
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
