I ordered 3 replacement shelves for one of my cabinets. They arrived by UPS in good conditions, they were packed very well to avoid any shipping damage. They are very sturdy and good quality in appearance.

The shelf itself was fine and was well made. I ordered it for a cabinet in my elderly mother's home. I was happy to have something off of my To Do list and thought it was a great idea to get one that was just the right size rather than cutting something homemade. The only trouble was the COLOR. I selected white on the website where I ordered it. The one that came was a light wood grain finish. There was no way that I wanted to pay shipping to get it back and spend more time waiting. The email confirming my order showed zero information about the color selection. I just decided to deal with it unless she objected. Thankfully, it kind of blended with the pull out drawers she has mounted below that level and she did not get too freaked out over it not being white. I wish that had been easier to notice and to remedy. Thanks.

I'm thrilled with my cabinet shelves. They took a little longer to get due to Covid-19, but came as described, well packed and with shelf clips. I will definitely order from this company in the future.

replacement of bowed shelf

my old shelf was bowed after 25+ years; Even though my old shelf/cabinetry was probably not KraftMaid, the dimensions were right. I could not use the enclosed "clips" because my old shelf was secured by a dado cut. If KraftMaid enclosed a drilling template for the clips, then I would have used it. all-in-all after juryrigging support for the shelf and cutting off part of the corners to bypass some 'cleats' , I am satisfied

It's 3/4" particle board. My old shelves were 3/4" plywood, much better quality.
