One of the two shelves we ordered was damaged on the corner. The damage was not done during shipping but clearly was damaged pre- packaging. Since the shelf is high up and we could turn the damaged area up, we decided to keep it. Based on previous, to return it and get a replacement is just to much of a problem with Kraft Maid.
We purchased Kraft Maid vanities for 4 bathrooms several years ago and were very pleased with the quality and craftmanship of the product. We had no problems with the vanities or any of the components. Based on that experience, we redid our kitchen in Kraft Maid cabinets. We had several damaged items (cabinet doors) which we sent back and had replaced. We also had several special order pieces (island face panels) which arrived damaged … sent them back and the replacements arrived -- wrong size. Sent them back. On one panel the paint was smeared and showed drips and lumps. How this panel ever got past "quality control" and to us is beyond belief. None of the returns were damaged from shipping. This was just poor product.. Kraft maid should be ashamed. This was once a high quality cabinet maker with great service..... No longer the case.

The shelving in my non-Kraftmaid upper kitchen cabinets was showing the signs of almost 30 years of use. I knew if I went to Kraftmaid I would get what I needed, the quality I wanted and the customer service that would bring it all together. It's amazing how "new" my cabinets look with the replacement shelving.

it was exactly what i needed, i just purchased a home and the kitchen cabinets didn't have any shelves. i found a few sites with overpriced replacements but Kraftmaid had a good product at half the price the others were asking. also these were delivered in less than a week.
The shelves are what was ordered and quality is fine; however the wrong hardware was included so the shelves will not stay up.
I ordered 2 of these shelves for another brand cabinet. They were too wide so I trimmed them to fit. They were also a little less deep but they work fine and are very sturdy. One problem; the description stated that clips were sold separately so I ordered two sets of clips. The clips came a few days before the shelves and when the shelves arrived there were 2 sets of clips in the box with the shelves (different clips than the ones I had ordered separately).
