    Nicely made

Posted by Unknown on 10th May 2019

While these are nicely made, I think I would have preferred another style. This is good for similarly sized knives as indicated in the photos, but larger knives do not rest in the slots as well. Don't get me wrong, it works, but you'll note how they sit up a bit. There is still clearance for closing the drawers. just not a perfect design.

    Knoves don't fit

Posted by Bill on 22nd Jan 2019

We were disappointed with this product. None of our Chicago Cutlery knives fit. The tip of the knives stick up above the slots. I don't know what the design is suppose to be, and maybe we just got a poorly built one, but on ours the part with the slots sets on top of the cork, putting it at a strange angle. I would think if it was level it would work better. I had to go buy a piece of wood to put under the knife handles, so the points of the knives would go down between the slots. I still don't know how to attach it to the cork, and it doesn't look all that good.
