I bought these hinges to replace the standard hinges that were on my Kraftmaid cabinets that I installed in 2001. Apparently my cabinets which were designated as half inch overlay are only half inch overlay on top and bottom. They are one inch overlay on the sides. These new hinges can’t be used to retrofit older cabinets since the setback on them are exactly one half inch.
