Some of the hinges are not closing as softly as others.
One of our hinges broke on our older cabinets. Ordered the whisper quiet ones and we were so impressed with the difference that we switched out all of the hinges to this style. Not hearing cabinet doors slam while we are all home now is an extra level of peace and quiet we all neeeded.
The hinges that I ordered were the closest that I could find on your website. They were not the same as the original hinges. The hinges don't reach far enough in to the opening when the door closes. The cabinets were purchased in 2003. The cabinet in question is a WAT2448R.LS Wall Angle Tambour. If you can still get the hinges l would like to get a pair. The spring closure broke on 1 of the hinges but it still closes correctly. Thanks

The hinges are great and service is incredibly prompt - they arrive in just days. Wish they didn't cost so much and could be purchased individually instead of pairs. Installing them is very easy - retrofitting my kitchen has been a joy..
The hinges are great - easy to install and work perfectly. The missing 5th star is for the packaging - they arrived just loose in a box - undamaged - but the packaging could have been better. Love these hinges - very easy to retrofit older Kraftmaid cabinet doors with these. Will purchase again.

Although this particular product purchased was fine, the accompanying product $15k cabinets had multiple problems including cabinet that wasn’t square which wouldn’t align with adjacent cabinets, incorrect or poor quality finish, poor workmanship on several door re missing glue
